At Maison Artinian, we pride ourselves on selling top quality jewellery alongside an international delivery service. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. This will allow you to track the status of your order. If you need further assistance tracking your package, you can contact FEDEX directly on 1-800-GO-FEDEX with your tracking number, or via the FEDEX website.
For international orders, packages are typically received within 2-5 business days after shipment by Maison Artinian.
For orders in Bangkok, packages can be received within 4 hours if the order is in stock, and dependant on the delivery location.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been accepted by Maison Artinian, you will not be able to cancel it. If you would like to change or modify your order, please contact our team via email: email@example.com or via Line app: maisonartinian within 48 hours of purchase.
Can I return my purchase?
Maison Artinian will accept return of any merchandise, except earrings and custom orders purchased online through the website. A full refund will be accepted if the merchandise is unworn and in its original condition, tags attached, accompanied by the original invoice, and packing slip, and returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please note customers will be liable to cover the full cost of the return.
What happens if you order is lost?
All shipments sent from Maison Artinian are fully trackable and include an insured door to door delivery service. If your order appears to be lost before you have received it, we will assist with tracking it down and replace or refund as requested.
What happens if my piece is missing from my delivery?
At Maison Artinian, we are extremely vigilant. We record and track the entire process from packaging to handing over to the delivery company. If the piece appears to be missing, we will of course investigate and check all our recordings, however, we will not offer any refund or replacement.
What happens if I receive the incorrect piece?
If your order is incorrect, we will organise for the incorrect piece to be returned, and as long as the piece is in the same condition as we sent it, we will replace and ship the correct piece accordingly.
Will I be charged for International orders on my purchase?
Duty, custom tariffs, and VAT are set by the local government. The amount of the applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be determined upon Maison Artinian’s acceptance and confirmation of your order.
